basically, i hung out with one of my mates on saturday.
also i wanna archive stuff. digital dark age n all that evil shit
so! on saturday i went out with one of my great friendss that ive known since the start of high school! we went to this one antique/second hand place i found and oh.my.god it was SO full of old ass cheap vinyls and CDs and tons of random shit!! i only had like, £9 to my name (which i mostly spent on mcdonalds...i was hungry SUE ME) but there were so many things i wanted. i did get 2 pairs of rll cute earringss, but one of the pairs had an earring that was falling APART. but hey wearing just one earring is stylish okay? anyway check em out!
i then saw this SICK ASS WATCH THAT I NEED MORE THAN I NEED MY LIFE I SWEAR TO YOU. its so gorgous. gorjus. and only £12!!?? its amazing. golden, whiich btw gold is so me. also its, like, a heart with an arrow through it hello thats literally peak. u cant get better. LOOK AT IT GAHH

then, finallyy, to finish off the day, i got some cute pins from the gay shop in afflecks palacee (which is basically where all the cool and gay and interesting ppl hang out in manchester) and i put them on this jacket im working on! ...which i'll write abt another day cos my wrist is killing me lowkey. check out this bit of it tho!! i stitched the trans flag on agesss ago, along with the tab, and did those 'queer freak' beads literally two days ago!
also at afflecks i went to this cute lil place that has sanrio stuff n clips n keychains n charms n i got a my sweet piano pin!!!! i love my sweet piano so so sooo much!! there was also a my melody matching one but i didnt get it cos i dont love her as much :p anywayy, looook!!!

right before i ramble on abt stuff, im just gonna say, today on my way home, while waiting for the bus, i saw this beautiful gorgeous angelic girl, wearing a white n light blue lolita dress, and i nearly died. it was this sweet lolita dress, n she had a matching headpiece, n it was defo giving 'baby, the stars shine bright' yk? (if u dont know btssb is a lolita brand ) i mustered up the courage n i complimented her! (which okay ik isnt a lot but yk) she was actually soooo cool. i rll want a lolita dresss my fav brand is alice and the pirates to no ones suprise, and i soooo need a dress. i do also lovee sweet lolita tho, even if it kinda dont suit me. listen, if im wearing it n i like it, it suits me sooo

alright ramble timee

i need to start having physical copies of things. like movies n music n any yt vids i think r cool n basically anything. tons of stuff is just like disapearing, plus ive wanted to archive shit for agesss anyway. also weird mangas n books. i rll want to start archiving tons of stuff!! especially some of these weird hidden sites in the cold corners of the internet!! like there was this one site i loved n thought was sick as fuck, and i went to visit it the other day, and it was just gone. dead link. and lowkey i hate that!

i wanna have my own mini archive-library-thing full of shit that can only really b seen on the internet...at the moment. i cant bare the thought of losing some song or band cos teir shit was deleted, or lose some movie cos it was taken off of a streaming platform or sketchy site, or never being able to see certain cool yt vids n essays, or never rereading weird books i found on obscure sites because the link died or cos it was taken down or something.

i love media!! and i always thought how cool it would be to work as an archivist, so i think im just gonna try and save all this media that i enjoy before its lost forever and cant ever be enjoyed again!
i gotta take a look at how to do all this tho. like i need to figure out how to burn cds and dvds and all around just find good ways to archive this shit. it would also probs help if i had something to burn cds with... blegh i'll figure it out.
