Wonderous and calm and owner of a perfectly legal apothecary
He's always shrouded in dark fabric with his great big cloak and great big hat, and his apothecary too is a great big shadow; but the darkness of it is a good respite from the hot brightness that can overwhelm the streets outside. He believes magic can help. that it isn't a weapon. He makes all sorts of remedies and medicines and is always eager to experiment with new methods and herbs. if you have problem, Ira will always find fun in fixing it! or at the very least, lessen the pain.

Ira's apothecary is just in the 'bad part' of town: an area near the south docks, where knights avoid and people speak great ill of. they say it is dangerous, brimming with criminals and foreigners from bad places...But Ira would tell you its bullshit

He's quietly cheeky and a little sly, and cares for the people around him tremendously.
